The Alabama Music Awards Organization was founded with the sole purpose of giving recognition to the vast array of Alabama entertainers and musicians. Musicians and industry professionals who reside in - or are natives of - Alabama determine recipients of these awards. The organization has grown to provide some support and nourishment to musicians throughout Alabama and focus on music education. Representatives have visited schools in Anniston and in the Jefferson County area.
Yet the Pandemic has refocused the energy to the general community so IIIZ (pronounced 3Z) is helping in a very be repeating a gas give-away on Saturday, Dec. 5th at NOON at Mobil (formerly Jet Pep), 9933 Parkway East; Birmingham, AL
